"Les Maîtres du désordre" (Musée du quai Branly, Paris — France)

(EURL) cutecatfaith.com This huge, relatively new museum is open every day but Monday, from 11 am until the evening. PONT DE L'ALMA is the métro (line 9) and RER train stop (line C), many buses stop here (the 42 comes to mind), and there is a Vélib rental bike post here, also. This is in the 7th arrondissement and is on the River Seine and near many other attractions in this central area of Paris. We visited on the first Sunday of the month, so did not have to pay admission, which would have been 7 euros for this show, but worth it, we felt. There are usually one or more temporary shows here and a huge permanent collection, which could be thought of as "primitive art," modern and old. I think almost anyone, of almost any age, would find this a great visit. I am disabled and find the place very "accessible." There is a médiathèque here, a theatre, a posh reservations-only restaurant, a café, a bar (in the theatre), ateliers, a very pretty garden, and . . . well, there is a lot! Their website can give you more details. "The Masters of Disorder" deals with many themes here, including shamans and religions, healing and mysticism.
